Great question! The cost of the tour is the base cost. Any additional costs (Added Transportation, Extra items, processing fees, etc.) are not included in the 10%. See the attached image of what is the base cost.
Tour Operators do what they do best, they provide great service and an excellent tour. Costa Rica Tour Kiosk is the only company that will send you the Digital Gift Certificate. This also means that if you purchase your tour at one of our Costa Rica Tour Kiosks in a business in town or hotel, they will not be able to service you. Please Contact Us with your questions and we will handle all inquiries.
Check your email, usually it would be very difficult to lose a Digital Gift Certificate. If you still can not find it, we will issue the original email a new Digital Gift Certificate if it has not already been redeemed. Contact Us to request a new Digital Gift Certificate.
You will receive your Digital Gift Certificate on the day of your tour. Tours that are cancelled will not receive a Digital Gift Certificate.

Digital Gift Certificates are non-transferable and can only be used for the person purchasing the tour(s). The name of the Person is on the Digital Gift Certificate and will require Identification.
YES! You are welcome to use this service and most tours will pick up at RIU Palace or RIU Guanacaste. To use the Digital Gift Certificate, you will still need to visit one of the Participating Businesses.
